In the early hours of Saturday September 4th after a very long labour our granddaughter Florence Susan Cooper was born. The celebrate her birth we have named this delicious Pinot Gris The Florence. 

The 2021 vintage was very labour intensive too, thanks to a cool summer and some late season rain. This is truly a hand-crafted wine. The result, like Florence, is quite lovely. A serious wine, well balanced, with layers of rich flavours.
