This is a limited bottling of Sauvignon blanc that matured for three months in a French oak barrique. The wine has gained body, richness and complexity while retaining its passionfruit and grassy flavours.

Tasting Notes: It beautifully suits flavoursome entrées, seafood, chicken and most Asian dishes.
