WHAT IS MY COMMITMENT?
Your commitment is to agree to purchase 24 bottles, 12 bottles in March (2 x six packs) and 12 bottles in September (2 x six packs) each year. Members receive a 15% discount and free shipping Australia-wide. These discount benefits also apply to any other purchases made throughout the year.
WHAT DO I GET?
15% discount off regular prices. Free delivery nationwide. Invitations to attend Rotherwood Estate Garden Rambles for members and a guest. Access to Foundation Members only Reserve vintages, occasional Museum releases and end of vintage buying opportunities. The possibility to experience picking at vintage time.
CAN I CANCEL?
Yes you can. After the first 12 months of membership you can cancel or suspend your membership at any time. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
WHEN WILL MY WINE BE SENT?
You will receive your wines on a 6 monthly basis. If you are away, it’s your responsibility to advise us where to send the delivery while you’re away, or tell us when you are back so we can adjust your delivery date. Of course you can order wine at any other time during the year as well.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MOVE?
Please email us your change of address as soon as you intend to move. We need a minimum of 1 months notice to ensure all impending orders are sent to the correct address. If the wine is delivered to your old address, and we haven’t been advised of your move, no responsibility will be accepted for lost or missing wine and any associated costs.
WHAT DOES DELIVERY COST?
Delivery is free to Foundation members nationwide. We are unable to ship wines to overseas addresses. Australia Post is our delivery partner, however if they are not suitable we are happy to follow your advice and use a service that best suits your needs.
CAN I GIVE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS?
Nominate your preferred location in the “delivery comments” section, and we will include these details in our instructions to Australia Post / your nominated service.
IF MY WINE IS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL, WHAT HAPPENS?
If there is a problem with our delivery, please take a photo of any broken bottles and email it to us as soon as you receive the wine. We will be more than happy to resolve the issue.
CAN I GIVE MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT?
Yes you can. We just need the name, email address, and delivery address of your friend or family member from you via email. Plus the wine you have selected for them, and your credit card details. If it’s for a birthday or special occasion, let us know and we can include a message with the delivery.
