Delivery Policy

General

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.  We do not ship wine outside Australia.

Please note that wine can only be delivered to those 18 years and over.

Delivery Times

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post.  Delivery times do vary depending on your delivery address.  As a guide, the following delivery times apply:

• Sydney, Canberra and the Illawarra 3 – 6 working days
• Other capital cities 5 – 8 working days
• NSW country areas 4 – 7 working days
• Other country areas 7 -12 working days

Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee your delivery times.  They are only estimates based on the couriers’ delivery times, and do not include weekends or public holidays or any unforseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Costs

For orders of less than $100 a delivery fee of $10 is charged.

For orders of $100 or more no delivery fee is charged.
